How the credit is earned
There is nothing to sign up for. Every order placed on skin101.co.il earns credit automatically, calculated on the product total after any coupon discount — delivery fees and free gifts are not counted. The rate depends on the size of the order, and it applies to the whole amount, not just the part above the threshold: ₪400 of products earns 5%, so ₪20; ₪600 reaches the 6% step and earns ₪36; ₪1,200 reaches the 7% step and earns ₪84. Amounts are rounded down to whole shekels. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, the credit it earned is withdrawn with it.
When it becomes available, and for how long
Timing follows the payment method. When you pay by card, Bit or Apple Pay, the credit is available as soon as the payment is confirmed. When you pay cash on delivery, the credit shows as pending and becomes available once the parcel is delivered or collected. From that moment it is valid for 90 days. Your balance, any pending amount and the expiry date are always one tap away: the coins icon in the site header opens your wallet, and the tracking link in your order SMS shows the same card with what this order added.
How to spend it at checkout
Credit can be used on any order with ₪350 or more of products after coupons, up to 20% of that amount — so a ₪400 order can take up to ₪80 of credit, and a ₪1,000 order up to ₪200. When you type your phone number at checkout, the store recognises you and shows a small card: your balance, the amount being used on this order, and what remains. Using the credit is switched on by default, and you can switch it off to save it for later. It combines with coupons of up to 10%, including the store's regular discount codes, but not with larger promotional codes. Using credit never costs you anything else: free gifts and the free-delivery threshold are still counted on the full product total.
